—Group Donates Humanitarian Relief Materials In Abuja
YBTC News—The Girldhub Volunteers network, a social enterprise of professionals contributing to peace & development through volunteerism has celebrated her second anniversary of impacting the less priviledged in grand style. The group aims to create sustainable economic change through empowerment.
The event which held recently at Durunmi was an opportunity to give massively to many less-privileged various food items, health items and other luxuries to aid the standard living .
The group which is founded by Gusi Tobby Lordwilliams has over the years committed itself to humanity advancment and promotion of healthy living and lifestyle.
Speaking about the event tagged ‘change makers Festival’ , she expressed need for every One to rally round making hunger and poverty become less active in the Nigerian society
“The festival which is in its second year has always been our own opportunity to give back to the society, that which we have kept doing without tiring” she noted
Speaking in the same vain, the Coordinator of the event which held in Abuja, Miss Olusola Kemi said the need to have a sound society informed the need for the outreach
“We distributed various items, gave vaccines, food items and medical items to various persons” Miss Kemi noted.
She also stated that the group will not hesitate to further help as many persons as possible alleviate poverty and hunger.
It was gathered that the Change makers also held in Lagos,Bayelsa,Benin and Oyo state with relief materials donated to several beneficiaries in the locations. The team also had an environmental clean-up.
